Golf Costa Teguise is a traditional course, and is situated at the foothills of an old volcano with impressive views of the Atlantic Ocean. The course has an 18 hole course designed by the British architect John Harris and built in 1978. It is a technical course that the most competitive golfers love.
The 18 holes run on the slopes of an old volcano, among volcanic lava, cactus and palm trees that make a magical place, where you can admire nature at its most beautiful, the same nature cared for and preserved by man, just as César Manrique instilled in all Lanzaroteans.
The design of the course is soft and very varied, with a number of dog legs that challenge the player and forces him to play with all the clubs in the bag, making it a challenge for the professional player, while offering an attractive and pleasant golf for those whose skill is more modest. The fairways are closed by a group of more than 3500 palm trees and have impressive views of the sea.
Lanzarote Golf is an 18-hole course located in Puerto del Carmen with breathtaking views to the Atlantic Ocean, the Fuerteventura Island and the Lobos Island. It is a modern, links type course with wide fairways and a lot of entertainment due to its long distance with native plants and a particular undulation.
The course has been designed by the well-known American architect Ron Kirby, famous for courses such as Salobre Golf and Meloneras in Gran Canaria. All the design has respected to the maximum the original terrain and the typical Lanzarote landscape with its undulating terrain and ancient stone walls.
