Terms for Booking and Payment

To book your stay, you must use the form sent to you after your inquiry.

Shortly after receiving your order, we will send a confirmation indicating whether there is availability at the requested destination. Additionally, an invoice will be sent, requiring 25% of the total amount to be paid in order for the booking to be valid.

This deposit is part of the total amount, with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to the arrival date.

If the remaining amount is not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and charge a fee in accordance with the cancellation policy below. (See “Changes or Cancellations.”)

For bookings made less than 70 days before arrival, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

Payment must be made in euros.

Once the final payment is completed and received, the agreement becomes binding for both parties.

Taxes

The accommodation price includes VAT.

Insurance

For your own protection, we strongly recommend that travelers take out their own travel and cancellation insurance.
Please note that public health insurance does not cover stays abroad exceeding one month, and return travel in case of illness will be at your own expense. If you have travel insurance through your credit card, we advise checking the terms for long-term stays before departure.

Changes or Cancellations

In case of cancellation, the deposit will be withheld.

In the event of illness or a Covid-19 situation, your travel insurance will cover the cancellation provided the trip was booked at a time when Spain was categorized as yellow and travel was not discouraged. This must be confirmed with your insurance provider.

In the event of illness, a doctor’s note must be submitted to the insurance company, and Platin Golf will confirm to the insurer that the trip has been canceled.

Liability

Platin Golf accepts no liability for any injuries or incidents that may occur to the customer during the stay. We act solely as the arranging agent.
